While this error is broadly similar to that covered in the troubleshooting section, the solution given hasn't resolved it.

I am using the May 2008 release on Windows Server 2008.  Everything installed fine (with the exception that as I was not running the Team System edition of VS 2008, I had to remove the unit tests from the Litware solution in order for it to build).  I have checked that the Provisioning user is a member of the admninistrator group.  However, when I provision a site from http://www.litware.com/TryWizard/Default.aspx the following exception is thrown -

"An error was encountered while creating the virtual folder"
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.
