on Troubleshooting error while creating virtual folder

Setting the litware.com Website ID to the web.config AND having the Provisioning in Administrator group AND setting up the physical path in the Web Config doesn't help. It however is able to create the virtual folder under IIS, but still present the error on the page. Does anyone know why?

on Troubleshooting communication object error

This suggested solution did not resolve my problem. After applying the changes and creating the certificates I was still unable to log on to the prviate web sites to configure the application. Do you have any other suggestions?

I do add DNS entries as in the "solution", but I'm still redirected to Microsoft Web site.What's the matter? thanks
