When making tenant provisioning, I get a "An error was encountered while creating the virtual folder" error:

Possible Causes
  1. You may receive this error if the folder physical paths have not been correctly configured at the web.config file.
  2. The Provisioning user is not a member of the Administrators group.

Solution
Make sure that the folder physical paths have been correctly configured at the web.config file.

i followed setup instruction provided in readme file, still i m getting the same problem " SERVER ERROR IN '/litware' Application, i checked the web.config file and the path is set correctly, provisioning user is added to administrators group, still i am getting the error can any one tell me why i got the erro

Setting the litware.com Website ID to the web.config AND having the Provisioning in Administrator group AND setting up the physical path in the Web Config doesn't help.

It however is able to create the virtual folder under IIS, but still present the error on the page. Does anyone know why?
